What causes increased intercranial pressure? I would love a comprehensive list including any known meds/drugs?

…like nicotine, etc. Especially the most common reasons in an ambulatory patient-on a day-to-day basis.-while trying to manage an empty sella, pituitary infarct,or "small"pit gland which is hyperenhanced uniformly on MRI. plus, many "white spots" or foci-noted on Mri. I note several changes throughout the day and am having new neuro symptoms over last 2 weeks. Last mRI was 6 mos ago. Docs have ordered another to be done soon.consequently, have very peculiar hair loss over last 3 years-have small sores on skull which have also been there for 3plus years-they vertically are positioned almost in a linear fashion-as if my skull is trying to split itself open! The sores are almost like cement-they feel that way-have that type of feeling on palpation. My hair is regrowing- bushy but is like trapped under the skull/skin it seems.??? And is growing in a circular pattern around my skull. Feels as if it is being pulled down into back of head/neck,behind ears.regrowth length changes at x
