Vitamins that use Fructose compounding are the best. They allow 96-98% cellular absorption of the minerals more than any other on the market. That is why they have a scientific patent. Liquid vitamins tend to separate and do not taste very good usually, colloidal vitamins have a decent absorption rate but that type of compounding limits absorption to under 50% of minerals.

Omega 3 Fatty Acids are very good for general health and brain function. Recent studies have even shown they may have some mood stabilization capabilities.

I also like a vitamin B complex… good for metabolism and energy.

An excellent brand of vitamins is All-One.
It is the best vitamins I ever used. I call them my power vitamins.
You can buy them at Whole Food Markets or on the internet.
They cost around $50 for a 30 day supply. But they are worth it.

liquid or colloidal vitamins are absorbed up to 85 percent more into your body then pill form or oxide vitamins. now with respect to the issue of which one is the healthiest, this is subject to what your body is deficiant in.
