I’m 14 & recently have been noticing quite alot of hair falling out when brushing, washing & also just when i put my hands through my hair. I have recently lost alot of weight so this might be due to low iron levels (but i love my meat) and also maybe a shampoo? (i use Paul Mitchell). I am switching to an organic shampoo but i’d like some tips on how i can stop my hair loss, and also to help grow my hair back and make it healthy. Genuine answers appreciated. Thank you!

Extreme dieting along with rapid weight loss can cause hair loss. Usually it is temporary once the body adjusts to the change, as long as the diet is healthy and nutritious. Teenage hair loss is becoming common. There are many other possible causes. Please read the article listed below for other possible clues. Aromatherapy scalp massage treatments can be very effective for this type of hair loss.
what i could say is go to a doctor so they could have a check on your weight loss.
for your hair, try seeing an expert so you can have their better advice.
I would say not to use chemicals on your hair. Why don’t you go for some home remedies. Egg whites, lemon juice, oil massages, reducing stress and diet changes can reduce hair fall and make it healthier. You can find more cheap, effective and natural home remedies for hair loss as well as for healthy hair at http://www.wellnesstalk.org/hairfall.html
Apply a paste of hot olive oil and 1 teaspoon cinnamon powder before bath and keep for 15 minutes. Wash with your shampoo. This when done at least once a week will arrest hair fall. Check out http://usefulinfo-hairloss.blogspot.com/ for more info.
I stopped my hair loss and re-grew it all in one month following some of these easy tips. They really do work
