Ortho Tricyclen Lo … hair loss on the scalp!!?

Hi,

I have started taking the Ortho Tricyclen Lo pills recently due to the cause that I am suffering from PCOS. In addition, I also have unwanted hair growth on my face and loss of hair on the scalp.

Could anyone let me know if the intake of the above pills would reduce the facial hair growth and improve the hair on the scalp.

    All birth control pills cause hair loss. My MD also said that it may cause hypothyroidism also.
