They did all sorts of tests until the rheumatologist diagnosed me with FM. I touch my skin and it hurts like hell (yeah...that's the one that really trips me out). #5 and the Edima on your list are ponderers, however. I'm on Prednisone now and was a few years ago. I gained 35 lbs last time but now I exercise which knocks out that side effect. However, the long term effects suck. Don't take it unless you have no other options. That's the ONLY reason I'm on it again until she finds something else to fix my issues. I'm sorry that you are dealing with these problems. I'll pray that you get better. Or androgenetic as you described - MSK pain - Pericarditis Polymyalgia rheumatica? Transverse myelitis? Prednisolone is probably the correct treatment. I don't know where you are, but it would be worth it to travel to a good hospital, Mayo, Beth Israel, etc. to seek specialists.
