I understand I should look into all options, but… Do you go with a company that specializes in it or look into private practices? Which would get a better result??
Anyone in the long island area have any suggestions?

that answer is lame. i got a transplant on the west coast and am very happy with my results. totally natural- not plugs. whoever wrote that last post doesn’t know what they are talking about. i did lots of research before hand and found myself a killer doc. don’t know much about the east coast, but stay away from the hair mills like bosley and mhr. those places suck- they spend tons on marketing and charge way more for an inferior product. good luck to you.
Specialized company sounds better to me … However, a clever hair cut, well toned body, charisma, and smart outfit combined with healthy level of self confidence can be a better solution sometimes …
i want you to think about something as there are so many young guys looking into hair plugs at such an early age….. these processes were not developed for 20, 30 even 40 year olds…..

think about this:
you most likely are developing power alleys….right? or the super apparant receding hairline…
right?
well think about this….
the hair’s are stopping growing right up front there….. and they will continue to to shed follwed by not ‘re-growing’ right up in the same area {if you do not fully understand how the hairs grow -die – shed- rest – & then reGROW again….you must read up about that first}…..
so that you understand that if your hairs are not regrowing in the 2 alleys or the front hairline….what happens when you go thru the surgery…and he puts new plugs right up in the front there..
BUT THEN over the next few months the hairs CONTINUE to recede and continue to NOT REGROW….PAST where the surgery is/was…….??? so you will have 200-400 new little black plugs and little hairs growing in ….but the hair continues to recede.. and shed …and not regrow…..so the balding spot will be BEHIND the new plugs…
they will not tell you this part….
they will force you into being a client for LIFE if you start this young….
which is fine if you are independently wealthy…but still its going to look horrific….
the hair will not stop shedding just because you get plugs…..
it will keep going…
are you on PROPECIA?
Are you using Minoxidil?
Both of the methods are very successful for men…..especially the pill ( propecia or Finesteride), i wish women had that as an option….. because of how well it works……..
Get your butt on those regimen’s and then follow with the 10 step protocol on my hair ‘Blog’ called 10,000 HEADS….
as you need to get OFF shampoos with SLS Sodium Lauryl Sulfate in it ( which causes shedding & follicle damage:long term) immediately too…….
I know its human nature to want a quick fix pill…..
but you are going to have more problems than you started with if you turn to haIR PLUGS…….
