hello , readers please tell me any good way to recover my hairs and also to stop the further loss of my hairs . my hairs are getting grey and also im loosing alot of it . my forehead is becoming more and more bigger. please tell me any medicene which is not harmful to sexual health .. any spray or oil is recommended if u people know any…. thanks for reading my problem

First look at you dad and your mom’s dad. Then check your diet, don’t use a lot of unnecessary product. It could be hereditary. I started to turn gray at 18 yrs old. I’m not about 45 to 50 % gray at 41. Go to a doctor and make sure nothing is medically wrong with you. IF nothing wrong you can try rogaine. my ex used if for a while. it slowed the process. Once you start to use it you can’t stop. Good luck
