I am currently using Propecia (Finasteride 1mg) for Alopecia. I’ve been taking it for the past 2 and a half years with no negative side effects. I am very hairy and somehow I feel I have been experiencing some thinning of hair on my shoulders and below my neck. I hope it keeps thinning the rest of my shoulders’ hairs and my back! I read somewhere that DHT stimulates hair loss on the top of the head and the increase of body hair.
