I have lost alot of weight and my hair is falling out,how can I stop it?

I want tips to prevent hair loss do to weight loss and,or medicane to stop it.

    You are losing hair becasue you are missing needed nutrients. Your hair and nails will be the first to be effected. You need more protein for your hair.

    losing hair due to weight loss is only when you’re not consuming enough nutrients for your hair to be healthy !
    So eat more healthy food, fruits, vegetables, protein.

    And drink some Vitamin E, or a multivitamin everyday.

    if you’re hair is falling out because you’ve lost alot of weight, you’re malnutritioned. you aren’t eating right, which is causing your hair to fall out.

    stop starving yourself and your hair will grow back. i’ve seen this many times…you technically have an eating disorder. either that or your sick.

    no medicine is going to stop it. you’re doctor will tell you the same thing. you lost weight too fast and didn’t do it right. simple as that.

    Potential thyroid problem – you may want to see a doctor and have some blood tests run to check your thyroid hormones if you are still eating normally and not exercising excessively.

    I had the same problem last year, and it turns out I have an overactive thyroid.

    I’m in this acting/modeling agency and trust me my hair was a mess but they give you a lot of valuable pointers. So now you have the privilage of getting it without paying $6,000.00 lol.
    you should start this and do it once a month-
    Hair Breakage- wash hair with a light neutral Ph shampoo. (you can get any of these things at a health store)Apply mineral water or sea water to the hair. Cover the entire scalp with the following mixture
    :o ne table spoon if mayonnaise, black-strap molasses and soy sauce, blended together. Leave on thirty minutes. Rinse well. Give your hair a light neutral shampoo.

    Try a "Body builder" conditioner (google that)
    do a hot oil treatment once a month

    It’s not because you’ve lost a lot of weight, it’s because you’re not taking in enough vitamins for natural hair growth. I would suggest that you check up on your diet to make sure it’s okay to be on because your hair isn’t supposed to fall out when you lose weight.

    it doesnt have to be huge. but you need to eat healthy.
