i had such thikc hair before, like the hairdressers would have to book me in for an extra long appointment and im losing so much its making me so scared. i would say ive lost atleast 20 percent already, its been about a month and a half, whenever i look it up on the internet it freaks me out cos i read all this scaryy things about it lasting ages.

mine was a result of extreme stress, now nearly 5 months ago. i eat well, and get good proteina and i am on iron tabets and vitamin b complex for the last month. how logn does it usually last? have you experienced it?
