Actually you shouldn't have to worry--when you're pregnant, your body doesn't get rid of the dead hair like it does every day. So the 50-150 hairs you would lose a day just don't come out each day. Instead they stay in and you lose them all at once after birth.

Next, look at your food intake--the baby is taking a LOT away from your nutrientally. Are you still taking a vitamin? If no, try to take a prenatal vitamin--the folic acid will help your hair growth. Next, look at your intake of fruits and veggies. If you aren't eating THAT well, then start to. Dive into those fruits and veggies.

Next, if nothing is working, talk to your doctor. It could be hormonal or it could be something else.

Keep taking your prenatal vitamins, that really helped me out. Unfortunately it's inevitable, my hair loss got really bad when my son was around 3 months old, he's now 5 1/2 months and I've just begun to not lose as much hair. Good luck

I'm not a doctor, but I think the level of minerals in your blood is affected by estrogen. You might want to ask for some bloodwork to see if you have too much or too little of minerals like copper or zinc.
