hair re-growth after stoping medication?

im 26 years old and have always had rather thick hair. and for whatever reason i feel like my hair is thinning being able to see my scalp more. it might just be in my mind but i looks different all of a sudden. i was abusing ritilan for a couple years and read possible side effects were hair loss. my question is after stoping any medication that causes hairloss…does hair start to grow back to normal when its out of your system? please advise

Sometimes it won’t if you have been on a medication for a long time. But if you need the medication don’t stop taking it because of hairloss. Get a wig or shave your head, or just except having less hair.
