hey hii.....chris...Hair fall generally occurs when you suffer from these type of illness...As you must be knowing that it is caused by insufficient production of thyroid hormone by the thyroid gland....iodine deficiency is the most common cause of hypothyroidism worldwide...This is one of the reason for having hair loss and also because usually people undergo stress at such times.
As you have mentioned that you are already under medication which may have again be affecting your hair growth..in such a situation i suggest you to go for natural remedy rather than trying for any medicine or opting for a chemical based shampoo or so....
Soak a handful of gooseberry(amla) in a cup of milk for two hours. Make it as a paste and apply in the hair.
Boiling a few hibiscus flowers in coconut based oil,Filtering it and using it regularly can help control hair loss and thinning ...
Heat 30-40 ml of coconut oil, add two or three flakes of garlic and three to four peppercorns to the mixture. Cool and apply to the scalp. Wash off nest morning with a mild shampoo to find healthy and voluminous hair.
If still you feel that these tips are not helping you much, you may visit the link http://www.healthyhaircareonline.com/
And most importantly, see to it that you meditate every morning for atleast 20 mins so that the stress level comes domn...and see to it that you to keep off from strong teas or coffee, pickles, as well as refined and processed foods.

gudluck...!!!

*** My Success with Natural Techniques To Re-grow Lost Hair

Been on minoxidil ( R0gaine® ) for about a year and a half and have not seen even the smallest amount of regrowth that i almost fell into depression.

My hair only started visibly growing on the bald spot after skeptically trying out the various natural techniques to re-grow lost hair @ http://www.regrowmyhair.info

I would highly recommend this easy to follow step-by-step guide with pictures to anyone who is suffering from hair loss right now. But remember this isn't a miracle cure for baldness as you will also need to put in some effort in order to see results. And its only a minimum commitment of 15 minutes a day to help re-grow your lost hair.

Anyway, its also a cheaper and effective way of re-growing lost hair compared to those unnatural ways which may involve harsh chemicals that may have side effects.
