first of all, calm down. your nerves are shot, and that's not doing you any good. stress contributes to hair loss as well as poor diet.
No one can tell you exactly what's wrong with you, but I had a similar problem after i had my 2nd child. i was in the army and had to meet a certain weight within 2 months. crash dieting almost wrecked my health. (i think they are easier on the weight thing now)
i know that if you lose too much weight it can interfere with your cycle on several different levels. hormonal, bfc (body fat content) etc. and that your organs need some fat around them to protect them. if they lose that other problems ensue quickly. poor nutrition is the biggest contributor to hair loss.(other than disease or medicines) i don't know how old you are or what your physical condition is, so my only advice is simple...eat. rapid weight loss is more unhealthy than being a bit overweight!
i am 42. 5.8'' and 140 lbs. i am a fitness freak mother of two. people think i'm 30 years old. no fat sticks out on me.

simple rule of thumb for good body weight:

Consult a doctor. get straight. make a commitment to your own health.

if it doesn't grow, or come straight off the bone, don't eat it. (no processed foods,of any kind.)

move around a LOT and get at least 30 mins of moderate exercise a day building up to one hour.

good luck!
