hair loss, hives and recently constipation . HELP?

ive been having hives for more than a year now , all of sudden , still dont know what im allergic to, recently started having problems with going to the bathroom ( constipation) and couple months ago i just noticed that i had a bald smooth spot on the top of my head,im scared …cant afford any doctor, please smb knows what is going on with me …
im 23 years old female.

Hi. Those can be signs of a Thyroid problem. I had the same symptoms about a year ago, and went to the doctor for blood tests to see what was going on. The tests showed i had Thyroid disease. Allergies won’t make you constipated, and hives and hair loss can be symptoms of a lot of other illnesses. The only way to know for sure is to get tests, if not, your symptoms could continue to get worse. Especially the hair loss, if not treated, you can continue to lose it ( that is not a fun thing to go through, trust me ). I would somehow try to find the money to go see a doctor, if anything, to make sure it is nothing serious. Good luck
