hair loss and hair growth?

Okay so my mum has fine thin curly shoulder length hair , she dyes the roots every 3 months but as time goes by her hair gets finer , are there any products you would recommend that would decrease hair loss and make hair stronger and grow quicker

    I’ve heard of Nioxin, never tried it though. You can get it from a good hair salon.
