I read in a couple books that after delivery it was common for some women to lose hair due to your hormones being out of whack & returning back to normal.
my daughter is 3 months, and i started on birth control almost 2 months ago (the mini pill)
ive noticed lately ive been losing a lot of hair, and the front is really thinning out
could this be a side effect of the birth control? or is it just normal to experience something like this after having a baby?
What are some ways i can reverse the hair loss?

It is common for women to lose hair after delivery. But starting. stopping or changing birth control medication can also cause hair loss. In your case the hair loss is probably from delivery but the birth control pill could make it worse or better. You really have no way of knowing. In young women birth control pills are sometimes prescribed as a remedy against hair loss.
The hair loss after pregnancy does not usually result in noticeable thinning. If you are feeling run-down from lack of sleep, poor nutrition, excess caffeine, etc, your hair loss will get worse.
The best remedy is essential oil scalp massage. They work very well to stimulate and nourish the hair follicles. They are natural but very potent. If you’re nursing there are certain essential oils you shouldn’t use.
I use essential oil formulas very successfully for my own hair loss.
