Hair growth and weight loss?

Ok I am going to be 16 in two months and I want new look and two of the changes that I wanna change are growing out my hair longer and losing some wieght. Well i'm kinda short and i'm not fat are anything of that sort, but I wanna lose a little weight. Right now I am 120 lbs and I wanna lose about 20-25 lbs. Does anyone know any tips on a way to lose atleast that much, that won't take a long time??

Hair= In the hair care section of like a wal-mart or target ect. the have hair growing products. Buy them.

Weight= The most you should want to lose is 15 pounds at that weight. So eat healthy and exercise people don't believe it but it works better than those crappy drugs they give you to lose weight.

Unless you are extremely short [under 5'0'], 20-25 lbs is WAY too much weight for you to be trying to lose. As far as your hair, keep in mind that an unhealthy diet and calorie restriction can wreck havok on your hair and causes excessive shedding and slow growth.
