I understand Apple Cider Vinegar to open up follicles, and another item called NEEM oil (sold in Indian stores), which when rubbed into scalp induces new growth seem to be the best advisable route.
BTW talkin to your Mom the instant u’re conceived about taking pre-natal vitammins is a sensible idea.
Except how would she deal with your disembodied voice.
also dont brush your hair as much and dont put your hair up alot or use alot of hairspray and gel

i’m not too sure about almond oil. but i can recommend producted i found recently. it’s called tricomin and they have a shampoo, conditioner and follicle therapy spray that work really well. my hair was thinning, but now i have all these little baby hairs all over my head and my hair is thicker.
the downside is that tricomin is really expensive and hard to find.
nioxin is another brand that you can find in salons.
