Do prenatal vitamins help with hair loss?

10 July 2009 4 Comments

For the last 4 years I have been losing gobs of hair.
I have only about half the hair as I did when this started.
Have had every test under the sun done….everything came back normal….

Anyone have prenatal vitamins help them with this?

I HAVE ALOPECIA AREATA (A PATCHY BALDNESS) BUT I TOOK VITAMINS, SHEN-MIN AND BIOTIN AND MY HAIR STARTED COMING BACK. SO THEREFORE IF IT HELPED ME IT MAY HELP YOU. MAYBE YOUR SUFFERING FROM A VITAMIN DEFICIENCY? I HAVE NO CLUE BUT I WOULD SAY TRY THESE VITAMINS BECAUSE THE REALLY WORK, THE SHEN MIN ARE KINDA EXPENSIVE 30$ BIOTIN WAS 10$.

If I may suggest you with Dabur or Himalaya products (Hair care) because they are herbs based totally and one can be confident about them. For any extra medicines consult a good Ayurveda Physician also.

Don’t take these without a doctor’s advice.Drink 10-12 glasses of water daily and have a high protein diet with plenty of fruits, vegetables and dairy products. Since iron-deficiency anemia can also cause hair loss, make sure that you eat a well-balanced diet that includes a daily serving or two of iron-rich foods. Check out
