Dandruff Question???

I’m not really having tons of flakes, but the top of my head is just bumpy from all the “dandruff mounds”. I want to just scartch them off, but when I do some hairs come out and I’ve already noticed hair loss. Will these areas where the dandruff is really bad grow hair back again when it’s cured? What’s the best product out there to get ride of this dandruff once and for all? It’s killing me!
Try Head and Shoulders or there is a brand of shampoos called KMS that has a dandruff shampoo that is highly recommended. My friend had dandruff and apparently KMS worked the best.
I don’t know much about dandruff,
but my brother had it and head & shoulders did the trick.
