TIP 2. Drink water every day.

You have heard it before but it is true the body needs water. About 10 to 14 8oz glasses a day. It goes back to the same reason, cells have to be hydrated.

A basic rule of thumb for water consumption is a half ounce for every pound of bodyweight, if you do not work out. That means if you were 180 lbs, it would average out to about 11 8oz glasses of water daily.

Add to that if you work out or live in a hot temperature climate. Distilled water is best, but at least filtered water that removes any lead and chlorine.

Naturally, you should drink water during the course of the day, do not attempt to drink one or two huge amounts at once. Just always, remember nature needs water for anything to grow, just as we do.

TIP 3. End Caffeine

I know that sounds terrible. Boy I agree with you. This maybe the toughest tip of all, but it is necessary. By stopping your caffeine intake, you will definitely see a notice in the amount of hair falling out.

Caffeine is a diuretic, which causes increased urination. Therefore, you lose water you need to keep your cells hydrated. There now are some good tasting decaffeinated products on the market that should help you out.

Caffeine is a toxin. It gives you the quick jolt, but also more urination, which is bad. Stick to purified water. If you are having a real bad time kicking your caffeine, habit dry half caf half decaf for starters.
