Can you restore body damages if you start eating right?

I'm 26 years old. I'm already showing signs of ED and hair loss. I know hair loss is genetic and really there is no way to prevent it. However I'll admit that my diet is really poor. I'm talking coffee all day and then a big plate of shit! No fruits, hardly any veggies, and hardly any wheats or any of that other good stuff. So let's say I've caused damage to my body. If I start eating really healthy, is it possible to restore my health. And by this I mean like hair loss, cell construction, vision, and you know,…. erections!!!

Our bodies have remarkable powers of recovery but there is, of course, a limit.

If you start eating healthy foods from now on your health will improve substantially. Plenty of fruit and veggies for more antioxidants and enzymes will improve your health and energy level.

It can help somethings, when new cells are made, but somethings aren't because of damage to the cell. Vision is usually a problem with the shape of your eye, so that popably won't help. I have never heard of your hair regenerating for any reason. Fruits and veggies and grains will help your digestive system, exercise will help your heart, and when your body is back to being healthy, I believe the erection will in fact rise. Good luck.

Eating a healthy is extremely beneficial even for those that didn't eat healthy previously. With proper nutrition and exercise you can reverse a lot of the damage caused by maintaining unhealthy eating habits. The main thing is to remain focused because it is very easy to stay back to eating junk!
