Can Lack of sleep cause hair loss or thinning?

I havent been good amounts of sleep latley and Im a little worried

    Not really, but stress, causing alopecia which can be related to not sleeping well.

    i have never heard of that, but having too much stress in your life does make your hair thin and will end up losing some of it.
    if you see too much hair on your pillow, there are shampoo;s out there that you have used to help with the problem. acutally getting horse shampoo is extremely good and makes your hair stronger.
