Best solution for 29 year old female with thinning hair?

I just noticed a few months ago that the hair in the very front of my scalp is thinning, and fast! my mother also has thin hair in the same area but hers didnt start to thin til she was in her 40s! Im only 29! Is there a product out there I can use that will cease the thinning and regrow hair in that area??

Hi, I feel for you because I have the same problem, a little thin in the front, and I am 28 years old. Make sure you are eating enough protein. It depends of how much you weigh, but they average person should be eating between 20-30% of protein from your intake. So if you eat 2000 calories a day then 400-600 calories should be from a high protein source like Chicken breast. Next you could also try to add biotin supplements 5mcg/day, it helps with your hair and will make your nails strong as well. Check with your doctor first though because hairloss/thinning may have many causes for instance, thyroid disfunction may cause hairloss and thinning etc. Your doctor should be adviced before you start eating more protein or start taking vitamin/herbal treatment because many may interact with medicines you are taking. Rogaine makes a woman's version but I hear once you stop it all the hair will eventually fall out or it may not work at all. A hairstylist once told me to limit wearing my hair in a tight ponytail or stress the hair in tight hairstyles because it can promote hair thinning as well. I hope this helps you, good luck!

Rogain for Women?…I now there is such a thing, but I have no idea if it works, also extensions are great but only if you can find someone who can do it right and then you probably would have to be prety rich to pay their price :) ….
