Any cures for Trichotillomania?

I didn't think much of me pulling my hair, I just thought it was a bad habit. But it's getting worse. I have noticable hair loss day by day. And thinking about it just makes me want to pull out all of my hair. When I can't pull my hair I usually dig my nails in my skin. But that doesn't help relieve stress like pulling my hair does. My sisters have beautiful, long, thick hair. And it sucks.

Does anybody have suggestions on what I can do to help cure it or something to do with my hair to make it look not that thin.

    I had a problem pulling my hair out – It happened after I had some trauma in my life. When I had the urge my husband would make me put it in a ponytail. Prozac also helped me alot!

    I no longer pull!
