It sounds like a thyroid issue-hyperthyroid. It is very common after pregnancy. It is easy to test with a blood test and treatable, but do not delay seeking medical help. Also, don’t let drs push antidepressants or other drugs until you are tested. Do some research before you go in.

If you are postpartum, It could be hormonal changes that is making you hair fall out. You say you have three kids so you are probably just stressed out and stress can make you feel like you are having a heart attack. as for the aches and pains in you knees, elbows, hands, wrists, and back. you could have an infection and you may need to take meds. so I think you should go to the doctor just to be on the safe side. get better! :)

You need to see a doctor right away!!!

It sounds like some kind of autoimmune disease or cancer to me. I’m sure you’re stressed out having 3 kids and all. Sometimes, when people don’t manage their stress, their bodies will shut down just so they’ll take care of themselves. Then, you start worrying even more because now you’re sick and it all starts adding up. Maybe it’s just anxiety, but it sounds like something more serious to me. You seriously need to see a doctor!
