im a male btw and 20 ,so i went to the middle east, it was super humid there and i didnt wash my hair there often and now that im back in the usa, im losing hair like a mad man. its not that much , but its a good amount of hair im losing, so im thinking my current hair is damaged cuz i also have highlights , so today im going to get a short hair cut and let all my hair regrow.

now how do i know if the hair i lost will grow back or not? any advice or tips?
